During peak bridal season, certain styles and sizes may sell through quickly, so we always recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.

If your chosen gown needs to be made to order, the standard production timeframe is generally 2–4 months (business days only).

🛍️ BEFORE YOU ORDER

• We carry hundreds of bridal gowns ready to ship — please contact us first to check if your preferred size or style is already available and may not require a Rush Fee.
• If your gown is not in stock and you require it earlier than the standard timeframe, a Rush Fee may be necessary.
• The Rush Fee will be automatically bundled with your gown once you select your desired timeframe on the product page.
• Editing an order after it has been placed to add a Rush Upgrade may not be possible, so please confirm with our team first if you’re unsure.
• Consider your wedding date, shipping time, and alteration window — always count backwards from your event date to ensure you leave enough time, especially during busy bridal periods.

💎 WHAT THIS SERVICE DOES

• Speeds up the production time only — this refers to how quickly your gown is made by the designer.
• Does not include handling, quality inspection, or shipping time to our warehouse or your address.
• Each gown is hand-checked, steamed, and carefully packed before dispatch with signature on delivery.
• All Rush Orders receive top priority and are processed faster than standard orders.
• While we always strive to deliver earlier than expected, production delays can occur during peak bridal seasons.

🕒 AVAILABLE TIMEFRAMES

• Standard production: 6–12 weeks (business days only)
• Rush options: 10, 8, 6, 4, 3, or 2 weeks (business days only) — available on selected bridal gowns; choose your preferred timeframe from the dropdown.
• The production timeframe begins the next business day after your order is confirmed by our team.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES

• The Rush Fee guarantees priority manufacturing ahead of standard orders.
• Please allow additional time for shipping, customs clearance, weekends, holidays, and alterations.
• Rush Fees are strictly non-refundable, even if your event date changes or the order is cancelled.
• Delays caused by customs, courier networks, or designer supply chains are outside our control and do not void any Rush Fee paid.
• Once paid, your order immediately enters active production and cannot be paused, changed, or refunded.
• All backorder customers must sign our Backorder Terms & Conditions before final confirmation.
• Order processing begins the next business day once the signed form is received.
