Below FAQ are some common questions from our customers, if you have any other questions, or just want size and style advice please feel free to chat to us on Live Chat or send us an email via our contact page.

You don't have to have an account with One Honey Boutique to place an order but we do recommend it!
There are so many benefits to having an account!
For starters, if we ever need to issue you store credit the only way for us to do it is if you have an account.
Also when you register you'll have the option of subscribing to our newsletter filled with exclusive promotions and special discounts.
At the time of checkout enter all your payment information, then on the next screen a COUPON box will be displayed
Enter your code there in the box in capital letters, thats it! Super easy ;)
Sometimes we showcase items on Facebook or our Instagram not yet available on the site.
You can order through our Facebook page or wait until it's posted online.
If it's currently available on the site, we will usually provide a link in the description on that post, OR mention the style name, must pop that name into the search box on our website.
Otherwise, you can always inbox us on Facebook to order anything you see. We're happy to help!

Upon checkout you will be redirected to PayPal if that's your chosen method.

There will be two options:
(1) have a PayPal account
(2) don't have a PayPal account.

You can select "don't have a PayPal account" and then enter your credit/debit card details.
Then your card will be charged using PayPal as the payment gateway. So even if you don't have a PayPal account you can still safely use that to pay for your order. Once we receive confirmation of payment, we'll ship your order out!
Most of our clothes are true to size with some variations every now and then, depending on the designer.
Where possible we will include that designers size chart on the product listing, size charts are to be used as a guide only.
We always try to specify if something runs a little small or large so please check the description for fit notes.

If you need something urgently for a special event or occasion feel free to chat to us on LiveChat and we are happy to assist you place a rush order.
As soon as we dispatch your item you will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking information from Australia Post, DHL or TNT Couriers.
Please allow 24/48 hours for your tracking link to update, once updated you'll be able to follow your parcel every step of the way!

If you haven't received a tracking email, be sure to check your junk mailbox first!
And if its not there please send us a note and we can resend this for you.
The only way for us to issue you store credit is if you have an account with One Honey Boutique... After that, it's really easy!

When you emailed us about your credit we replied to you with the Gift Card number, this is your store credit, so don't loose it treat it like cash!

Once you have that email handy, just login into your account on our website, and using your credit will be an option available for you to use at checkout.

When you want to use that credit please enter the unique code into the GIFT CARD box at checkout. Pay any remaining balance due by selecting another payment method of your choice.

The Gift Card will then be charged and any remaining balance to your other payment method.

If you checked out as a guest or purchased an item through our Facebook page and wish to make a return/exchange, we will contact you once we receive the item. You will have to create an account with us before we issue credit.
Different computers have different screen resolutions so it's possible the colours will be slightly different in real life from what you see on your screen.
That said, we try very hard to represent the garments perfectly when taking photos for the site. Please note the product title and description for keywords on the colour and also the photos in the thumbnails to view more options in different lighting.

We emphasize any special features and try to actively show how the fabric sits and moves. If you want to double check the colour of any item please speak to us on LiveChat before placing an order and we are happy to help you :)
Due to how busy we are we can no longer offer manual exchanges or hold styles and sizes aside.
You will need to place a new order for the size or colour you need, so you dont miss out please do this asap. We will then process that new order for you.

Then simply email us to request a RA# and send the other item back to us to be processed. Please follow our easy returns and exchange instructions on the returns page for how to do this ;)

Once your order has shipped out our website will automatically send your confirmation and tracking number, this is emailed to the address used for your PayPal account, or email address you signed up with.
It's possible the email has gone to your junk folder or maybe we have an incorrect email address for you.
Please check your junk mailbox just in case its hiding in there!

If you still don’t have it, please contact us straight away, be sure to advise us of your order number. And we will check whether the order was placed and resend you any confirmation.

Just contact with the name of the item, colour and size you want and we'll let you know if we're getting anymore back, or we have some hiding in our warehouse! (cos you know sometimes we do!)

If we are restocking this item we'll put you on the list to be notified when that particular item comes back in stock.

Or, on the product page, you should see a box that says "notify me when my size is back in stock".
If you pop your email down, then you'll get an automatic notification when your size is back in stock! But be quick! That email will get sent to everyone who wanted that item, its first in best dressed! LOL
Yes, you can return the item for a credit as long as it is in perfect condition and returned within our 14 day period.
Upon receiving a returned item, it usually takes up to 5-7 business days for it to be processed... of course we do aim to process all returns as quick as possible! Please note this can be busier during peak times such as holidays and long weekends.

Please be patient and do not send us an email your return, we will always send you an email once this has been completed and the store credits have been applied to your account. And remember to check your spam folder as it sometimes gets flagged as spam. :)
Gift cards are emailed immediately after payment to the person nominated (i.e. who you're giving the gift card to).
You can also send it to yourself and personalise it more before forwarding it on to your friend as well :)
Our gift cards are valid for 6 months. If you need a longer period please speak to us before placing your order.
Some of our items contain fabric treated with Glitter, yes some Glitter loss may occur when it is packaged and opened, we add extra Glitter for this reason! And no it is not considered a faulty item. Its made to be that way ;)
Oh we wish! Sorry not at this time, our website is designed to take 1 coupon code at a time per order.
Yes some of our brands go up to size 24!

In most instances it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed, however if we have authorised you to cancel an order a $10 admin fee will be charged. If you have paid via AfterPay, OxiPay, ZipPay Sezzle or LayBuy a 20% Fee will be charged.
To become one of our beloved VIPs, you must have an account created on our site and have made a minimum of 10 purchases, or have spent $2000+.
All our VIPs get access to sales early, plus we send out goodie boxes to the 50 top spenders each month!
Unfortunately we do not have any control over your local Customs/Import Authority, and therefore cannot predict the cost of this fee, if applicable.
Please note that we are required to declare true and correct information on your parcel, so we cannot give false or misleading information with regards to the contents of your parcel.
Our Bandage Dresses are made from premium heavyweight Bandage Material, they need to be stored flat in a draw to ensure they keep their shape.
If you have some styles with embellishments please keep those separate to the plain styles to ensure nothing snags on the material.
We recommend you do not hang our dresses on hangers, due to the heavy material these could warp over time.
Once your item is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking link, please check that for the current status of your delivery.

Please note that once your order has shipped out it is then handed over to the delivery company, and we ONLY have access to the same information that is displayed on the tracking link that we sent to you via email. All timeframes we provide are an estimate only, many factors can come into play including holidays, transport delays etc so please also take this into account when waiting on your delivery.

If you have not received your package in the estimated timeframe please lodge an enquiry right away with AustPost, DHL or TNT. Please ensure you request your case number with the delivery company, and then email us with that case number so we can follow up on your behalf.
VIP Courier is available for Honey Couture items only. For any other brand you may choose Express Post at checkout.

This is our fastest method of shipping, this means once your order is processed it will arrive next day, or within a few days, depending on your location and country.

The package will have full tracking all the way. This is our preferred method of shipping and we strongly recommend you use this if you require the item for a special event. Please read our shipping page for more info.
Some of our Honey Couture items may also be sent EXPRESS Post please speak to us on LiveChat or email BEFORE placing your order.
NO sorry it cannot, this is because Australia Post owns all the PO Box and Parcel Lockers and they DO NOT allow access for DHL and TNT Courier to deliver to them, please use a work address for VIP Courier deliveries.
