No, that is not possible. One Honey Boutique stocks thousands of amazing items via our online store.

In our Gold Coast Boutique you will find a selection of our bestselling styles, new arrivals, couture items and sale items. 

There are also many in-store exclusive items that are not listed online! So you can snap up a style before anyone else sees it.

Yes, we have limited car parking right out the front of our store, this is used on a first come first served basis.

Yes, we have a flat entrance and no stairs for our customers to navigate, this allows anyone to visit our Boutique.

At One Honey Boutique we understand that no one wants to be seen in the same dress. Therefore we have a strict, all exclusive and confidential purchasing policy. We do not sell the same dress to the same event in the same colour.

The benefit of purchasing your Gown from One Honey is that most of the designs we sell are exclusive to us and no other retailer can access these designs. 

IN STORE REGISTRY

For all One Honey Boutique gowns sold in store, a registry form is filled out by the customer and all details are stored in our registry system for school formals, balls, and formal functions. 

ONLINE REGISTRY/ORDERS

If you would like to register your online bought gown (specifically for school formal girls), please provide your name and the name of your event in the additional comments section in your cart. 

Your School should have a facebook or Instagram page where you can also upload your purchase.  We recommend using an image from our website or social media that shows the Gown name and our website details and not a photo of yourself in the Dress as you want to keep that moment special for the arrival at your event. 

Please note that  It is impossible to guarantee 100% exclusivity due to circumstances, which are beyond our control.

Yes! One Honey is proud to offer an in store service to alter your Gown, we have an independant Seamstress working alongside our Business she has over 20 years experience, and can easily alter or customize anything you require.

Most Gowns are made very long so they accommodate Woman of all sizes and heights, it is very common you may have to alter the hemline, adjust the straps, side of Gown or add Padded Boobs if you wish. 

Please call our Boutique and book in a fitting and mention you need alterations and she can be on-hand during your fitting or final collection to provide a quote for this depending on what you need.

Yes! We offer a quick and easy padded boob service for all Gowns and other special occasion items, prices start from only $30.00

SHIPPING POLICY

If your country is not listed above and you want to place an order via our website, please email us using our contact us page. And send thru the item you are looking at, your size, colour info. And remember to include your full address for shipping we can check and advise you if we can ship to your address.

We will not ship to any country deemed a security risk such as Mexico, Africa etc.

We sure do! Don't forget to include the business name and details clearly on the shipping address. This makes it easier for the delivery driver to find you!

No we dont sorry, however we may have the item you want at our Gold Coast Showroom for collection by you, please call us with all the product info and we will happily check that for you! 

Uh-oh! This happens for a few reasons:

- Your shipping address was incorrectly filled out

- You requested a redirection and it was unable to be completed

- Customs and tax fees were not paid

- You weren't home to receive the delivery and there was nowhere safe to leave it.

The shiping company will contact you a few times on your listed contact number and email address before redirecting your order back to us.

What can you do?
Contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number and give your updated shipping address.

Keep an eye on your tracking! Once your parcel is confirmed on its way back to us, please let us know. We can fast-track your store credit so you can re-order!

Please note parcels deemed RTS are sent back with standard shipping payable by the customer.

We are not able to offer a currency conversion. If you are purchasing from a different country, your bank will convert the payment for you, and in some cases, your bank may also charge you a transaction fee for the conversion.

IN STORE PAYMENT METHODS

One Honey Boutique accepts Cash and Card, and you can use any of our online payment methods in store at our Gold Coast Showroom.

If you are wanting to use one of the paylater systems in store please ensure you follow this process

1. Sign up for an account via our website here

2. Have your mobile phone ready when you come to the counter to purchase your items, make sure you can access your email via your mobile phone.

3. The account info must all match the info on your paylater account. And you must be over 18 to use this.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

We unfortunately do not price match, sorry!

Yes we may from time to time offer a better price if you are looking to purchase a bulk amount of our Formal Gowns or Bridesmaid Dresses.

All items would need to be ordered at the one time and paid in full. Please call our Boutique and speak to the Manager about this. 

SECURITY PROCESS

We care about our customers and the protection of their money.

All online retailers receive fraudulent transactions, which causes both us and the innocent parties much inconvenience and distress. We have a security system in place that flags orders which details need to be confirmed.

Don't be alarmed if this is you! This may simply be because your card does not match the new address you have just moved into.

Our team will contact the cardholder and simply confirm details with them to ensure it is the card owner that has placed the order and not an online thief! Once details are confirmed, orders are resumed and processed as normal.

In no way is this process intended to discriminate, offend or inconvenience our customers; we genuinely want our customers details to be secure when shopping online :)

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider database where the information is kept confidential. 

We care about the safety of our customers! One Honey Boutique may require further verification of your order to ensure that orders are authorized by the cardholder.

Our security team will contact the customer for verification via email or phone. If a response is not given to our inquiries the order will be cancelled within a 48-hour period of first contact.

Verification may be required for a multitude of reasons and at the discretion of One Honey Boutique.

To ensure there is no delay with an order, please respond to any email/phone call from our team as soon as possible.

The security of your info and money is really important to us so in order to keep our customers safe we perform 100's of security checks everyday.

Don't be alarmed if this happens to you, we just need a little more info to validate and confirm the payment of your order so we can have it shipped.

Our security team may contact you by phone, email or text requesting a screenshot of the transaction from your internet banking or banking app. You can of course cover up any personal info like your account number, account balance or other transactions.

We only need to see the date the transaction was made, our business name and the amount of your order being paid to One Honey Boutique so we can verify your payment and have your order processed:)

We may also ask to see your Photo ID to ensure your home address matches, and that your name is the same as the cardholder name.

ONLINE ORDERS GENERAL INFO

One Honey Boutique HQ is located in Gold Coast Australia. The majority of our orders are shipped from our HQ.

However we may from time to time ship the item direct from our supplier or International Warehouse depending on your event date and the item ordered. 

If in the event a product is listed at the incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel your order after the acceptance of your purchase.

Where we have become aware of any error or inaccuracy, we will correct the error accordingly on our website as quickly as possible and inform you of the cancelling of your order.

In no way does One Honey Boutique intend to mislead or deceive our customers. 

Yes you will! One Honey Boutique will send you through an order confirmation via email once your order has been successfully placed on our website. 

If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check in your junk folder and if it's still not there, please email or call us and we can check on this for you.
