If ordering a Honey Couture item please select the VIP Courier to avoid any delays in Postage. AusPost are ALWAYS delayed we will not be held responsible for any package that does not arrive on time, this is why we have the VIP Courier option available.



  • Every business has different policies and shipping timeframes, ours are outlined clearly here, please ensure you read these before placing your order.
  • All other brands we sell will ship same day/next day, only the Honey Couture items have specific shipping timeframes
  • YES some of our Honey Couture items CAN ship same day/next day or EXPRESS Post, please speak to us on Live Chat BEFORE placing your order and we will confirm, if we are not online send us an email (including the style link, size, colour and your delivery address) so we can provide accurate information
  • All Honey Couture Sunglasses ship same day/next day
  • All Formal Gowns & Party Items please allow 1-4 days processing once the order has placed
  • Please note we are an online business only, we have now closed all of our retail stores, all orders must be placed via our website.
  • As we now run from 3 Warehouses some of our Honey Couture items ship direct from our Australian Warehouse or Overseas Factory & Fulfilment Centres
  • Once the package leaves our care it becomes the responsibility of Australia Post or DHL, TNT or Couriers Please
  • If there is any delay on delivery due to these we are not responsible for these delays as delivery is the responsibility of the postal company
  • Delivery to areas such as far north QLD WA and NT may take slightly longer due to their location
  • We are not responsible for any missing packages if the courier or postal company shows it as being successfully delivered
  • Approximate Shipping times are counted as Business Days only and starts from when the order is processed and shipped by our team not when it is placed
  • VIP Courier items cannot be sent via PO Box please use a full address
  • Bulky items such as Tanning Equipment and Machines, Shoes, Boots, Round Towels, Yoga Mats will incur a shipping fee and need to be delivered to a business/home address no Po Box address.*
  • Some delays may occur during peak times including sale events and long weekends or public holidays or after these have occurred
  • We reserve the right to change the postal method on any order if we feel there is a risk of the stock being lost or stolen in the post
  • International orders are sent via Australia Post or DHL Couriers, TNT or ePacket
  • International orders for Honey Couture collection are sent via DHL or TNT or ePacket
Australia Post has recently changed their delivery policies and will now "safe drop" your package at their convenience. Only YOU can advise them NOT to do this by registering for a MyPost account and changing the settings on your delivery addresses with them.

Australia Post owns all the PO Box and Parcel Lockers and they DO NOT allow access for DHL and TNT Courier to deliver to them, please use a work address for VIP Courier deliveries.



        Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country.

        One Honey Boutique does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes. Please note One Honey Boutique does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact DHL Express & your local customs office.

        Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country. 

        We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering ANYTHING online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.
