Once your return is approved, we will book an in-store return appointment with the relevant team member to ensure a smooth and efficient process. During this appointment, we may:

• Check the availability of another size.
• Update the Dress Register to prevent duplicate purchases for the same event.
• Place a special order for a replacement item if required.

Damaged or Marked Items:

• Items returned with pin marks, pulls, sweat marks, tan, makeup, or visible signs of wear.

Once an order is paid and confirmed, it is immediately processed with our factories and internal systems by close of business that same day.

Colour or size changes are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Some factories do not permit any changes once production has commenced. Where changes are allowed, a $100 change fee per item applies and must be paid prior to the factory actioning the update.

⚠️ Important: Not all factories allow changes. If you wish to request a size or colour change, please email us within 24–48 hours of placing your order to see if a change is possible.

2. Rush Fees

Rush fees remain non-refundable even in cases of:

• Order returns, cancellations, or changes.

Online Store Credit

• Store credits issued for online returns will be provided as a unique coupon code that can be entered at checkout.
• This code can be used towards any purchase on our website.
• Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

In-Store Credit

• In-store credits are issued as physical vouchers and will be posted out once your return is processed.
• Original physical vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption—photocopies will not be accepted.
• Vouchers are issued "to the bearer", meaning they can be transferred to another person as long as the original physical voucher is provided at the time of purchase.
• If the new purchase total exceeds the voucher amount, the customer must pay the difference.
• If the new purchase total is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will be reissued as a new voucher.
• All in-store vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• Customer Handling: Items damaged during delivery or due to improper handling by the customer are also not considered faulty.

Repairs and Replacements:

• As per Australian Consumer Law (ACCC), customers must accept a free repair or replacement if the fault is deemed minor and repairable.
• For other cases, we will assess the damage and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

One Honey reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether:

• The damage results from normal wear and tear, misuse, or other factors.
• The appropriate resolution, such as a repair, replacement, or refund, will be offered.

Standard Size Made-to-Order Dresses

• If your made-to-order item is crafted in a standard size, it may be eligible for return, provided it adheres to our Returns Policy. To initiate a return:
