CONFIRMED ORDERS:

  • Once an order has been confirmed, no changes to the order will be made.

CUSTOMER REGISTRATION:

  • To become a registered customer, you must be legally able to enter into a binding contract under relevant laws and must not be a suspended One Honey Boutique member.
  • Your account may not be transferred or sold to another party.
  • Registration involves completing a form located on the website, ensuring that all provided information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You must promptly inform One Honey Boutique of any changes to your information.
  • Safeguard your username and password to prevent unauthorized use.

SECURITY MEASURES:

  • For security purposes, One Honey Boutique may request credit card verification at their discretion.
  • The customer will be asked to present the front copy of the credit card/debit card used for payment and one form of personal ID, such as a Driver's License showing your postal address.
  • Please ensure your billing address matches your credit/debit card statement address. Otherwise, our system may flag your order, leading to non-processing.
  • Orders can only be placed by the cardholder for themselves, not on behalf of another person or address. One Honey Boutique reserves the right not to proceed with the order sale and refund the payment made.
