Our showroom is filled with styles ready to take home the same day, with no wait times or additional fees. During peak formal season, popular sizes and colours can sell through quickly, so we always recommend securing your gown early where possible.

If your chosen gown needs to be made to order, standard production timeframes generally range from 12–14 business weeks, depending on the designer and style.

Our Production Upgrade allows eligible gowns to be prioritised in the designer’s production schedule, helping you receive your dress sooner than the standard timeframe.

• We carry thousands of gowns ready to ship or collect in-store — contact us first to check whether your size or colour is already available and may not require a production upgrade.
• If your gown isn’t in stock and your event date is approaching, a production upgrade may be required.
• Your selected production option will be clearly displayed and included in your order total before checkout.
• Changes after an order is placed may not be possible once production has commenced. If you’re unsure, our team is always happy to assist before purchase.
• Please consider your wear date, shipping time, and any required alterations when selecting a production option.

All timeframes are listed in business weeks and exclude weekends and public holidays. Production timelines are confirmed before finalising your order.

• Production upgrades provide priority manufacturing ahead of standard orders.
• Additional time should be allowed for shipping, customs processing, weekends, public holidays, and alterations.
• Once production has commenced, orders cannot be paused or altered.
• If we are unable to meet your wear date or secure your Dress Registry details, we will contact you with alternative options or you may request a full refund before final confirmation.
• Delays caused by third-party couriers, customs authorities, or designer supply chains are outside our control.
