Our Gold Coast showroom is our in-person fitting destination for prom dresses, school formal gowns, evening wear and milestone event styling. You’ll be guided by a stylist, try on gowns, and leave with a clear plan to secure your dream dress—either take-home today or ordered with delivery.

We don’t have a Brisbane retail store. All in-person fittings are at our Gold Coast showroom. Brisbane customers are warmly welcome—many travel down for fittings, or shop online with delivery across QLD.

Yes. We service Brisbane and all of Queensland daily—via showroom fittings on the Gold Coast and online ordering with delivery. If you’re travelling from Brisbane, book ahead so we can help you get the most from your visit.

You’ll have a stylist-led fitting where you can try on multiple gowns, compare colours and silhouettes, and build a clear shortlist. We’ll help you choose a dress that suits your event, body shape, comfort level and budget—so you leave confident (and excited).

Fittings are typically up to one hour. You’re welcome to try on multiple gowns—your stylist will guide you efficiently so you don’t feel overwhelmed.

Yes. We have take-home gowns available same day, plus an in-store SALE section from $99 (limited sizes/quantities). If your chosen gown isn’t available in-store, we can place an order for delivery.

Our website showcases thousands of prom and formal dress styles, with new arrivals added weekly across ready-to-ship, pre-order and made-to-order collections.

While we don’t have a physical Brisbane store, Brisbane customers are welcome to book fittings at our Gold Coast showroom, which features a curated edit of our most in-demand styles, including many gowns available to take home the same day.

If a gown isn’t physically in-store, our stylists can still assist you during your appointment to:

• Review production timelines
• Place your order with confidence

Your gown can then be delivered directly to your Brisbane address once ready — making it easy to shop in-person and receive your dress at home.

Yes. Our in-store SALE section starts from $99, with limited sizes and quantities, and styles rotate frequently.

These gowns are available to purchase and take home on the day, making them perfect for last-minute events or budget-conscious shoppers.

Sale items can’t be held without purchase. If you see something you love during your fitting, we recommend securing it on the day.

Yes—purchases are still eligible for Dress Register protection (where applicable), so your look is protected.

Yes. Appointments are required for all showroom visits. Walk-ins are not accepted, even if you just want to browse.

Our calendar fills quickly, especially during:

• Saturdays
• School holidays
• Peak formal season

We strongly recommend booking early.

Guests under 18 must attend with a parent or legal guardian, unless they are paying independently.

To ensure the best experience, we recommend no more than two viewing guests per appointment.

To respect all guests, photography and video recording are not permitted during fittings.

Once your purchase is confirmed, our team will happily assist with a mini photoshoot at the end of your appointment. Come cute in hair and makeup if you want.

For a quieter or sensory-friendly experience, we recommend booking midweek.

Yes. We proudly stock a dedicated Curve Collection in-store, with try-on samples typically in sizes 18–24 and select gowns available for same-day purchase.

Online, our Curve range extends to size 26, with ready-to-ship, pre-order and made-to-order options available.

Many of our newest styles are offered as made-to-order gowns, allowing more choice, colours and value.

• Standard production averages 2–4 months
• Samples are usually AU size 14 and clipped for fit
• Rush options may be available on selected styles
• Alterations are not included in production timeframes

Your stylist will guide you through sizing and timelines during your appointment.

Full payment is required to secure and register your gown. We do not hold or register any dresses without payment.

All gowns are registered in Australia’s largest Dress Register, giving parents peace of mind that the same style and colour won’t be sold for the same school or event.

Please note we do not split payments on an order, only 1 payment method per order is allowed.

Yes. We stock a curated range of clutches, jewellery, fashion tape, gloves, steamers and bra cups, dress care essentials, all available for same-day purchase.

Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available but these spaces fill up fast, with additional street parking nearby. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early during peak School Holiday periods to allow adequate time for find suitable parking nearby, or be dropped off.

When you arrive we will only see you at your designated time and not any earlier. Please come to Reception on arrival.

If you’re late, your fitting time may be reduced to avoid impacting other bookings. If you’re travelling (e.g., from Brisbane), allow buffer time especially during peak long weekends and school holiday times

• Book in your full name (each person trying on needs their own booking)

• Arrive on time (not early or late)
• Under 18 must attend with a guardian
• No heels required (platforms provided)
• Avoid jewellery (rings/bracelets) that can snag delicate fabrics
• Keep an open mind—your “unexpected favourite” happens a lot
• Discuss budget/colours with parents/guardians beforehand
