- We are actively processing all other in-store and online orders, working closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery as indicated on your order paperwork.

- To avoid last-minute shipping issues after restrictions are lifted, we recommend ordering your gown as soon as possible. Any changes to your order's due date will be communicated via email.
School Formals Canceled Indefinitely:
- Event cancellations require proof from the school on their official letterhead, which we'll verify directly.
- If you've received your dress in the last 14 days, we're happy to issue a credit note valid for 12 months upon return, provided it meets our return conditions. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- For backordered dresses not yet delivered, a credit note for 12 months will be issued.
- Deliveries made before the 14-day period aren't eligible for this extended offer. The return process remains unchanged.
School Formals Moved to a New Date Within 12 Months:
- A written amendment to the formal date is required from the purchaser.
- The dress will be rescheduled to the new date on our Reserve Page.
- In this instance, the extended policy does not apply as the event isn't fully canceled.
Our Gold Coast Showroom:
- Our Gold Coast Showroom is open by appointment. Please check our current trading hours on our Store Page. Book an appointment via our contact page, and upon email receipt, you'll be assigned an instant ticket number. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.
- To support our teams during this period, we've implemented additional processes, including enabling our HQ staff to work from home and enhancing hygiene practices in our Showroom.
